| description: | This data represents the land contour elevations for Porter County, Indiana. The contours are at intervals of two feet. The contours were created using a 2 foot resolution DEM derived from 2013 LiDAR data. The DEM was run through a smoothing routine to remove spikes and rough areas near buildings. Contours were then created using the contour tool in ArcGIS. The contours were clipped down to the county boundary. |
